Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of Novaberth, provided by Rich Honour Industrial Limited (“Rich Honour”, “we”), a company registered in Hong Kong (BRN 78189517). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

We help approved customers obtain, set up and manage Facebook advertising accounts and spending limits. Novaberth is an independent service. We are not a Meta partner or reseller, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information about your business and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your ads and landing pages

  • You are responsible for all ads you run, and for the content, claims and offers on your landing pages and websites.
  • You must comply with our Advertising Policy and with all laws that apply to your business.
  • You must hold any licences or permissions your products or services require.

4. Meta’s policies

Advertising on Facebook is governed by Meta’s own terms and advertising policies, which apply in addition to these terms. Meta decides whether ads, pages and ad accounts are approved, limited or disabled, and may change its rules at any time.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any advertising result, including reach, sales, return on spend or the approval of any ad, page or ad account by Meta. Approval of your application by us does not mean Meta will approve your ads.

6. Refusing, suspending or ending service

We may refuse an application, suspend your access or end the service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or our Advertising Policy, if your ads or landing pages create risk for us or other customers, or if Meta or a regulator requires it. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Fees and refunds

Fees are confirmed in writing after your application is approved. See our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for loss caused by decisions made by Meta. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
