What does Novaberth do?
We set up Facebook ad accounts for approved businesses, agree a spending limit with you, watch the accounts for restrictions and help with appeals. You run your own campaigns.
Who can apply?
Registered businesses with a working website that meets our advertising policy. We serve customers internationally.
Which businesses do you not accept?
Gambling, crypto, medical and health products or services, licensed businesses without the licence, and anything Meta prohibits. The full list is in our advertising policy.
How long does the review take?
It depends on how complete your application is. If anything is missing we tell you exactly what, and your application stays open while you fix it.
How is the fee charged?
One percentage fee, the same for every customer, charged on each top-up. We confirm the figure in writing after approval. See pricing.
Do you guarantee approval or results?
No. We review every application against our policy and cannot promise approval, delivery or advertising performance.
Are you a Meta partner?
No. Novaberth is an independent service run by Rich Honour Industrial Limited and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
What happens if an account is restricted?
Our team is alerted, contacts you and helps you prepare an appeal. We track the appeal until there is a decision.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds of unused balance follow our refund policy.
