Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Novaberth, provided by Rich Honour Industrial Limited.

Current status

We do not yet offer a prepaid wallet or take payments through this website. When payment options are introduced, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Unspent balance

If you hold an unspent balance with us, you may ask for it to be refunded. We refund the unspent balance on request, after a review to confirm the amount and that no charges or investigations are outstanding.

What is not refundable

• Advertising spend that Meta has already charged.
• Service fees for work already carried out, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Balances affected by a violation of our Terms or Advertising Policy, where we are required to keep them.

How to ask

Email support@rickhonour.asia from the address on your account, with your account name and the amount you would like returned. We aim to reply promptly and will tell you the outcome of the review and when to expect payment.
